The Dryad is the Nymph of the oak trees. Mythology aside, to me she represents the welling up of energy in the deepest forest realms. My spiritual home (well, one of them) is the White Mountains of New Hampshire. This piece will forever remind me of the smell of pine needles in October, and the cool mountain air that is somehow unique to that particular chain of ancient mountains.I hope it will remind you of your own little section of the woods that is dear to you. This piece is made of gently antiqued natural bronze (classic!), and buffed to a high polish. The casting is done locally here in New York City. It comes with a thick 18" stainless steel chain, with a high-quality clasp. Each of my pieces comes in a complimentary gift box. If you would like a personalized note included, contact me at jpankutis (at!)gmail.com.Please allow 8-10 days to process your order, I will send you a message when the order ships.I ship using USPS First Class Mail + Delivery Confirmation, which doubles as a tracking number you can plug-in at usps.com.International buyers, contact me about shipping options at jpankutis@gmail.comCopyright NoticeThis piece was first posted by Jason E.
