universal raisin cake theory

About
this print is based on an actual quote from “peterson’s field guide to the stars and planets” that compares the manner in which the universe is expanding to a giant loaf of raisin bread rising – each raisin is a galaxy, with more distant raisins receding faster than closer ones as the dough rises.
impressed that astrophysicists chose to use bread as a metaphor, i created a cake-mix-box-style “book” which includes the actual quote from peterson’s, a recipe for raisin bread (“solstice stolen”), and some philosophical commentary. the box comes flat, ready to assemble. approximately 13" X 18". offset printed in an edition of 1000. each print is signed and numbered.
