This is a 17" necklace made from sterling silver, resin and 3 vintage postage stamps. This necklace features a trio of brown stamps from Japan, Kenya and The Netherlands.
The pendant chain is created by cutting sections of actual postage stamps and placing them at the base of sterling silver bezel cups, onto which I have soldered small links. I then pour resin on top to seal everything in and link the pieces together with sterling silver rings. The pieces hang from a 17" necklace made from a double strand of acrylic-coated stainless steel wire. It is held together at the back with a sterling silver spring ring.
