Inspired by a shirt cuff, this votive holder glows from within, highlighting the various buttons, seams, and even the texture of the fabric!
The tea light holder was slip cast from a mold that I made using vintage buttons and frayed canvas fabric.
This little vessel could also be used as a container to hold anything you desire. Maybe to organize your sewing supplies, or even a place to keep all of your loose buttons?
Made of porcelain. Outside left unglazed, inside covered with a clear transparent glaze.
