In Jennie Smith’s most recent work, themed The People & The Land, drawings depict empty garments and relics of people who, for political or environmental reasons, have been forced from their homes. They wander through landscapes in search of a new place. Jennie’s watercolor and graphite drawings are intricate in their detail and her sense of space in composition gives life to inanimate objects.
The card is blank on the inside and the full-color printing was done in Hayward, CA at a family shop with vegetable-based inks on 100% post-consumer recycled paper. The card measures 4.5” wide x 6.25” tall folded and comes with a natural colored 100% post-consumer recycled paper envelope.
