Each ten pop is a unique composition of leaves from ten different oak species, all New York City trees, presented in a hand made oak frame, finished in hand-rubbed tung oil. Close inspection reveals the intricate details and subtle characteristics that set each tree species apart. The leaf combinations are mounted on archival quality paper and float between panes of glass. Pressed dry just days after flushing from the leaf buds and arranged in a row of ten.
