Spring is just around the corner (I hope), so let’s get ready for the warm sun!
As much as I love working with wool and felt, I also have fondness towards beautifully printed cotton fabric.
So here it is, my first creation with some of my favorite cotton fabrics.
This is a cotton scarf made with two print fabrics (red dots and field of light blue and scarlet flowers) and a small strip of linen.
I wear this scarf with everything (it’s perfect for California weather) – with white tshirt and jeans, cotton dress, cardigans, or I use it to add an accent to my tote bag. It’s perfect with blazers, wear it around your neck and tuck it inside your jacket to make it look like this scarf is part of the blazer detail (I got a nice comment when I wore it like that).
The scarf is 4" wide and 50" long, and double sided (no need to worry about wearing it the right way).
Can you smell the spring flowers yet?
