About
This white porcelain pendant shade has an open bottom and would be great for over an island, table, kitchen sink, or even above a desk or knitting nook. I have a few available and they would look great lined up in a group over a bar/ dining area.
Because it is porcelain, it is very translucent. When turned on, the textured cable knit pattern is lit up and shines beautifully through the shade. The shade is round at the base and softly transitions into a flared triangle at the opening – creating a slightly flared edge.
The inside is glazed with a translucent clear and the outside is raw porcelain.
The pendant measures 4 1/2" tall and 9" wide. The hardware is a brushed nickel finish with an extra long 15 ft clear round cord with a plug at the end, so it is perfect for swagging. But this lamp can easily be hardwired in an electrical box if you prefer. (You will need a canopy cover kit for this – not available here yet, but are easy to find in any hardware store)
