I've carried this bag every day for a little less than a year now, which is amazing because I previously switched up quite a bit. I love the style, and the leather has held up and aged beautifully. It came with a sweet note from the very talented designer, too. The only problem I've encountered is that the strap detached on both sides after about a month. Granted, I was carrying a couple of small books, but it's a tote; it should be able to stand up to heavy carrying. It was just the stitching that was damaged, not the leather, so I hammered a rivet in on each side to hold the strap. I got the idea because the bottom of the bag is, very smartly, held together by two rivets on the inside. It still looks great (I still get compliments on it), and I think the rivets add character, but it's something to consider when purchasing the bag.
