This is a digital collage comprised of illustration, and photos from recent trips to Nepal and Ladakh.
We encountered this sweet water buffalo on a trek through the Annapurnas in Nepal, and the background mountains we saw on our way up to Ladakh via an 18 hour rickety mini van ride up and over the Himalayas. The stupa is up a flight of a few hundred steps just up from Leh — there is a magnificent view from there.
Print size: 7"x 10.5" (with a small white border)
The ink is pigment-based archival quality Epson Ultrachrome, so the colours are bright, punchy, and saturated.
