About
Hand crocheted with an 85/15 wool/mohair blend with light heathered oatmeal sides, charcoal grey base and a bright mustard dot. This bowl was wet felted, dried around a mold to create its shape and then steam blocked.
Before wet felting, the bowl is much larger in shape, but with the combination of agitation, hot water and soap the wool fibers interlock and form a firm fabric.
Sturdy (and pretty) enough to stand alone as well as a catch-all to hold countless things. Keep on your nightstand for jewelery and knick-knacks, by the door for your essentials or on your work table at home or the office.
