About
THIS ITEM IS SOLD OUT
One of a kind cyanotype print of a Peconic crab, from an original digital photograph by Matt Shapoff, on hand torn Arches watercolor paper. 8" × 7" (20.3 × 17.8cm).
Combining a 19th century iron based photographic process with modern design, Matt Shapoff creates his solar generated blueprints on acid-free fine art paper, at his indoor/outdoor studio on Peconic Bay. Each print is a unique exposure from an original digital image. Cyanotype prints are created by exposing photosensitized paper in the sun.
Signed by the artist and blind embossed with logo on an 1895 Pearl letterpress. Ready for mounting in the frame of your choice. Comes with a product information card about cyanotype prints.
