I wanted to do a silver sphere for such a long time, I’m glad I finally got to do it! But now I want to keep it for myself… Oh well!
Handmade in my studio. All sterling silver.
The hollow sphere was created from two disks of silver that were formed into half-dome and then soldered together. It has been oxidized and tumbled for hours for that deep, dark luster.
Making the chain was quite a long process. Each link was formed, sawed, soldered, filed, shaped, hammered, oxidized and then polished.
Total length is 56cm (22") and the ball is 7mm. The chain is adjustable and can be worn different ways.
16 grams of silver.
Ready to ship! Can also be made to order in a different length or in shiny silver (not oxidized).
