How do I ask a question about an order I’ve placed?

Login to your account and view the order details. You can send the designer a message from that screen and your whole conversation will be linked to the order for easy reference. (Note: if you send the designer a message from their profile or a product page, it won’t be automatically linked to your order.)

What’s your return policy?

Return policies vary by designer. If you wish to return an item, contact the designer you ordered it from with your request.
