Returns are accepted within 3 days of receipt. Items must be in the exact condition in which they arrived. Once received and deemed to be in re-saleable condition we will refund the amount of the order, less shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.

Sale items and seconds sale items are final sale and sold as is – no returns or exchanges.

We hold every bag we make to very high standards and send out only our best products. Occasionally things get by us (we are humans, not robots) so if there’s any other issue or concern, get in touch right away and we’ll try to work it out.

Pennsylvania residents will be charged a 7% sales tax.
