Refunds and Exchanges

REFUNDS
All my products have a detailed description including sizes, measures, materials and/or photos. Therefore, if you’re not satisfied with the item, and the measures where as I detailed, or informed by you in case of special orders, I will not accept returns.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted within the first week of receiving your item. In this case shipping costs will be on buyers side. The new piece will be send once I receive the other one in perfect conditions. I will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the return of the piece, and exchange will not take place.

All of my rings, are made to order in your size. When ordering rings please be sure of your size. It is best to go to a local jeweler to have your finger sized or contact me to purchase a ring sizer. Made to order rings are NOT refundable. In some cases, I will allow a EXCHANGE or CREDIT. This is done on a case-by-case basis.

RESIZING
I am happy to resize rings and necklaces for you for a fee of $20 plus cost of shipping. Some custom order rings may have a higher resizing fee depending on the complexity of the ring. If you want a necklace made to a different length than the one listed please contact me before you purchase or specify at checkout. Necklaces on chains can be resized at no fee. Necklaces that are made of links may have an additional fee for added links.
