all of our jewelry is custom made to order. this is why it can take a while for things to get to you. we really try to get things out the door in about 2 weeks, and hopefully, before that. sometimes we can get extra busy though, so if it takes a bit longer, no need to freak out. we’re working on it. we promise.

need a longer/shorter chain on something? we can do it! just get in touch with us, we’ll be happy to help you out.

also, because each of our pieces are custom made to order, all sales are final. in the event that your jewels arrive damaged, or less than spectacular in any way, just give us a shout and we’ll get you taken care of.
