What is your returns policy?

All Merchandise purchased from starthereny.com may be returned for start here credit (minus original shipping and handling fees) only within 30 days of purchase in original condition and in original packaging. All opened or used items cannot be returned. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Start here credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused start here credit is forfeited.

How do I return something?

To make a return or exchange contact us via email at info@starthereny.com to specify the reason and we will issue you a return authorization number. The item should be shipped to us in its original condition and packaging accompanied by the original receipt (or a copy) and the return authorization number. We will not accept any used merchandise. In such cases the merchandise will be returned to the purchaser. Returns need to be packed securely and insured for the full price of the item and shipped to the following address:
