Any returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of shipment. This means that from the delivery date shown on the ups tracking information, the customer has 14 calendar days to return items for an exchange or refund. The outgoing return shipment must be posted within the 14 day window. Items must be in saleable condition to be eligible. Shipments sent after this time will not be refunded.
