DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE?
No. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
IS THIS STORE SECURE?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
HOW WILL MY JEWELRY BE PACKAGED?
Each piece is beautifully and carefully placed in a black cotton filled box or organza pouch. All items with the exception of hair pieces and some matte pieces are accompanied by a small polishing and shining cloth to maintain the jewelry’s luxurious shine. To secure your packages safety, all boxes are placed with a bubble bag within a waterproof envelope or cardboard box.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Please remember that although we understand that you want your orders as quickly as possible, items are handcrafted as your order is received. This means that your purchase may need up to 3-5 days to be finished, packaged and mailed. THIS INCLUDES EXPRESS ITEMS.
You will be notified if your order will not ship within 7 days. However, some orders can be expedited. Please do not hesitate to contact us for details but please keep in mind when purchasing express shipping that it is best to inquire about delivery dates prior to payment since many items will not be available for same day or next day shipment.
Items purchased during closures (which will be clearly stated on the shop main page) will not ship until the dates indicated).
Items will not ship on Saturdays or any day the United Postal Service is closed. Do not include these days in the time from purchase to shipment.
HOW ARE ITEMS SHIPPED?
All US-bound purchases that qualify for free shipping are shipped via First-Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Once a shipping label is generated for your purchase you will receive an email via Paypal.com or USPS.com which will include the packages tracking number.
Please be mindful that once an item is shipped, we cannot be held responsible if the item is stolen, damaged or lost. If the delivery confirmation states that the package was delivered to the address given but no item was received, it is the buyers responsibility to take the matter up with the postal service. Refunds of any kind will not be given to packages that were delivered to the customer but not received.
WHAT IF I SUPPLIED THE WRONG ADDRESS?
It is imperative that an accurate address be given upon checkout. It is solely the buyers responsibility to supply a correct address as we do not verify addresses before shipment. Please contact us immediately if an incorrect address was given and we will do our best to correct the matter. However, if your order has already been shipped, we are not liable or responsible for any issues that may arise such as misplacement, theft or delay.
Intentional buyers who supply an incorrect address are held to the same responsibility as customers who have items shipped with the United States. We ship all items to the addresses supplied by the customer and will mail to the exact address, in the exact way it was given by the customer. Even slight errors such as an incorrect zip code or apartment number may delay or prevent your item from being delivered. If the item is deemed undeliverable by your countries postal service due to an incorrect address it will take 1-3 months to have the item returned back to me. Such circumstances are dealt with two options: You can either repurchase your items and supply a correct address and receive a refund once the items are returned back to me or wait and see if the item is eventually delivered to you. No refunds will be given to items mailed to an invalid address until the items are returned via the postal service.
BUYING FROM OVERSEAS?
International buyers are responsible for customs fees. We are not responsible for duties or customs fees; if they are to incur and they are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We am also not responsible if customs retains damages, opens or steals your package.
Please take into consideration that international orders will take longer than those being delivered within the United States and can take up to six weeks to arrive. Tracking information IS NOT available for international orders shipped via International Priority Mail. Tracking and insurance for international orders can be purchased. Please inquire before finalizing your order.
If you have supplied an incorrect address please see policy above in the “WHAT IF I SUPPLIED THE WRONG ADDRESS?” section.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
THE BELOW INFORMATION IS NONNEGOTIABLE.
Please contact us within 10 days of the date which your tracking number confirmed your delivery if you have any problem with your purchase, otherwise we will consider you satisfied and your purchase complete.
If you would like a refund, please contact us immediately and before you return the item. If you are approved for a refund (on time, in the original condition and packaging), you will be refunded for the cost of the item purchased. Shipping cost is not refundable and the return shipping is not reimbursable. No exceptions.
Again, if you are unhappy with your order and contact us within the 10 days, please also return your item within that time period. Refund requests which are requested for items which are not actually returned until outside of the 10 days will not receive a full refund. For example. Do you contact us about a refund on the 1st for an item you actually do not mail until the 11th or beyond.
If you are purchasing the item as a gift and will be giving the item on a date beyond the eligible return and refund dates, please open the package prior to gifting. For example, if you purchase an item that is delivered to you on the 1st but will not be giving the item until the 20th, and you realize you are not happy with the item until then, you are not eligible for a refund.
GETTING AN ITEM PLATED?
None of our items contain nickel. Nickel is illegal in New York State. However, if your skin is highly sensitive please refrain from purchasing a plated item.
MY JEWELRY BROKE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In the event that any item becomes damaged from normal wear or during shipment, we will repair it free of charge within 60 days of your receipt of the item. After 60 days, we will repair your jewelry for reasonable materials and shipping fees.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM TARNISHES? IF I LOSE AN EARRING?
Gold plating does not last forever. Please handle the jewelry with care by storing neatly and keeping away from perfume, hair styling products and body lotions.
Some peoples natural body chemistry or place of habitation may oxidize or change the color of the plating. Do not wear your items in the shower or the beach.
If you lose an earring we will be happy to replace the missing earring for 1/2 of the items cost plus return shipping. In some circumstances returning the remaining earring may be necessary to properly match the earring being replaced.
IS THIS A GIFT?
Add gift wrap to your order by checking the “Is this a gift?” option on the shopping cart page before you finalize your order. Please note that all unpaid requests for notes and gift wrap will not be fulfilled.
Items that include gift wrap will not receive a receipt.
Please refer back to the “REFUNDS” section if you are buying a gift in advance and beyond the refund time restraints.
Gift Sets are not automatically gift wrapped.
CAN SALE DISCOUNTS BE APPLIED TO PREVIOUS ORDERS?
No. Sales and coupon codes are not transferable and cannot be applied to orders placed and paid for prior to the sale regardless of whether the item has be received or not.
Furthermore, it is the buyers responsibility to redeem any discount/coupon being offered. Buyers who do not redeem any coupons being offered are still subject to the same delays in delivery that may be in place.

Because each piece of jewelry is handmade, some variances may occur. We have made the best effort to represent the color and material of our products accurately and honestly, but the color calibration of computer monitors can affect how they appear on your screen.
