All orders will be shipped within 2- 3 weeks from date of payment. All U.S. orders are shipped via priority mail for $5.00, international orders are shipped via international priority mail for $12.00.

All my items are made to withstand general wear. However if a piece is in need of repair based on normal wear I will be happy to repair it. Metalicious is not responsible for tangled chains. We would be happy to replace a tangled chain for a fee, just contact us at info@metalicious.com.

Care of Jewelry:
Keep your jewelry in a clean, dry place such as a fabric-lined jewelry box or wrapped in a soft piece of cloth. Store pieces individually so they do not scratch one another and keep away from direct exposure to sunlight and air.
Pieces are best cleaned using a soft cotton cloth or felt (or, if necessary, a soft-bristled toothbrush) with mild, non-abrasive soap and warm water. Be very careful not to dislodge any stones or wires. Rinse pieces thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storing.

Note: Do not use tissue paper or paper towel for cleaning, as their fibers can result in scratching. Be cautious if using commerical cleaners, as many can cause damage to certain semi-precious stones.
