Shop Policy:
Exchanges are available for most items (unless it is a custom item). Earrings will be charged a 10% restocking fee for sanitary reasons. You must contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item if you wish to exchange it. The item must be received by me within 10 days of your having received the order. I currently do not accept returns unless the item is damaged through the post system.

Any online order with normal shipping can be cancelled within 48 hours of order via online (contact@theurbansmith.com). Any online order with accelerated shipping can be cancelled within 24 hours of order via online(contact@theurbansmith.com). Any order cancelled post shipping and prior to reciept will be treated as a returned order, with customer being responsible for returning shipping and insurance charges, and condition of the merchandiese. If an online item is on backorder, you will be notified within 48 hours of your order with estimated time of delivery. You will have the option to cancel the order at that time.
Please note all Custom Work in Non-Returnable, all custom items will be confirmed for spelling and design before final product is created. Please allow 2 weeks for all custom work.
