All items shipped to the state of Massachusetts will incur a 5% sales tax.
In-stock orders are usually shipped within two business days, however, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for order fulfillment and delivery. For international orders please allow 3-4 weeks for order fulfillment and delivery. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. We Dream in Colour can not always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. Also, be aware that if there are items on backorder, your order will be held until it can be shipped in its entirety. In an effort to curb unnecessary waste, We Dream in Colour issues purchase receipts solely by email unless otherwise requested. Please retain a copy of your electronic invoice for your records.
All domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation for a flat rate of $6.
International shipments are sent via International priority for a flat rate of $12.

We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your account for any items you are not completely happy with. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. The item MUST be returned to We Dream in Colour within 30 days of the shipping date in unused and perfect condition (including original packaging). Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. Ship prepaid and insured via a trackable method with the package securely wrapped. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and the full responsiblity of the customer. When your returned merchandise is received, we will credit your original payment method.
Please note that earrings and all sale and customized items are purchased with an “absolutely no return policy” and will not be accepted back.
When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new items when they are ready to ship. If a returned order was shipped out on a free shipping promotion, we will credit your account less the actual cost of shipping.
