L-caza by luis caicedo-zapata will provide a free exchange or issue a full refund for a full priced items received within 30days of when the items were shipped, provided that the items are unworn, unwashed,and free of defects. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be elegible for a return.

If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
