Shipping
Insurance, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmation are available for an extra fee with your order. Please be sure to let me know when you purchase goods so that I do not ship your items without.

Refunds and Exchanges
If items are damaged when they arrive please let me know as soon as you receive them, the damaged items will then be replaced. If an item breaks while it is relatively new I will most of the time repair the piece. Please message me with any other questions on damaged items, or returns.
In the case that I do allow a return, it will be for store credit or another item, but not usually a full cash refund.
