- All the jewelry you will find in Gemagenta is completely made by hand (even the packaging!), so tiny differences may occur that make your piece truly unique.
- Please have in mind that the colors may vary slightly because of your monitor configuration.

{ P A Y M E N T }

- I only receive payments through PayPal.
- If any custom fee occurs when receiving the package it will be responsibility of the customer.

{ S H I P P I N G }

- The shipping costs include packaging, postage and handling.
- After I receive your payment it will take me 1 week to prepare your order (unless another special delivery time was previously specified)
- All the orders are shipped as PRIORITY MAIL with TNT POST (http://www.tntpost.nl/zakelijk/klantenservice/English/), this service does NOT include tracking number or insurance.
- International delivery times are regularly 1-2 weeks but may take up to 4-5 if bad weather or extraordinary situations take place. (I cannot be responsible if TNT POST delays the delivery for more than the previously stipulated time).
- I’m not responsible if TNT POST loses or damages a package, but I’m always willing to help contacting them if any problem occurs.
- If you need a rush delivery, or you would like your package insured please contact me to verify shipping rates.

{ S H I P P I N G }

- Every object is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect conditions. But for your peace of mind, if it arrives damaged, please email me to info.gemagenta@gmail.com with an attached picture of the piece, and send it back unused and with the original packaging to Amsterdam (I’ll pay the shipping charges). I’ll send you a good product back, or I’ll refund your money – that’s up to you.
- The pictures of the products describe them faithfully. However, if you receive your product and is not what you expected, you can ship it back to Amsterdam (you’ll have to pay for shipping) and when I receive it I’ll refund your money.
