We are located in Christchurch, New Zealand. We send all our packages through NZ Post (Airmail). NZ Post states that airmail can take between 7 and 14 business days for arrival in the US and Overseas and also going through customs. As you know mail can be slow at any time and we would like you to know that we offer you the best service that is available to us. You can return any undamaged item you are dissatisfied with for a full refund or exchange within 30 days, but we do not refund shipping costs.
