Please allow 10 days production time before shipping out, and another 1-3 weeks for shipping times (depending on where you live). The reason for the wait times is because everything is made to order and I am very busy. It takes time to make all these items and I am doing the best I can so please be patient and don’t hesitate to contact me with any concerns you may have about a shipment.
Little Houses does not issue refunds on any products. Because I am such a small company, I can’t offer refunds. I will do exchanges if the size isn’t right but because my garments are made-to-order, I can only offer to exchange an item once. In some cases, I will offer a store credit so long as the item is returned within 30 days of shipment, and is not visibly worn or damaged. Little Houses will not cover extra shipping charges on exchanges/returns unless it is the fault of Little Houses (ie: wrong size/color received, etc.) If you have ordered the wrong size and need to exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. When returning an item to Little Houses, please be sure to fill out the customs forms CORRECTLY as a ‘returned’ item. If you are unsure, please ask your local post office. Any customs charges on returned items due to incorrect forms will be charged to the sender. If you have any questions regarding this, don’t hesitate to convo me!
