PAYPAL payments due upon checkout.
NEW YORK SALES TAX 8.875% is collected on orders shipped to NY State. (Sales Tax calculates purchase value plus shipping.)
SHIPPING
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Products with longer processing time will have a notice on the product listing.
All orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Please note:
- All items are carefully packed to prevent breakage. However, if such occurs, please photograph and keep all contents, including packaging for insurance claim purposes. Please contact us within 7 days of package arrival for further instructions.
- (International orders) Customers are responsible for any applicable V.A.T., G.S.T., customs taxes or tariffs assessed in their home country.
- Bailey Doesn’t Bark is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping, damages in transit, packages not picked up, packages lost during transit if provided shipping/delivery address information is incorrect or international customs issues.
- We do not include printed invoices with the orders shipped in effort to stay as environment friendly as we can. All invoices are sent via email. However, if you wish to receive a printed invoice, please let us know on “Message to seller” during checkout.
RETURNS
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase here at Bailey Doesn’t Bark. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your order we will gladly accept the return of the unused and undamaged merchandise for a refund or an exchange. Just let us know within 7 days of merchandise arrival. Returns must be pre-authorized prior to sending merchandise back. Returned merchandise must be in it’s original packaging, accompanied by a copy of purchase receipt, insured for the full price and returned within 14 days of order delivery date.

- There is a 10% restocking fee for opened merchandise.*
- Shipping charges are not refundable.*
- Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility.*

- All limited edition, limited quantity sale items are final.
- Once we have received your return we will process the refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Due to the handmade nature of most of our products not every item will be exactly the same; giving each product a sought after unique quality.

Defects in Workmanship:
If merchandise shows defects in workmanship, please contact us within 7 days of package arrival. We will immediately send a replacement or issue a full refund and arrange to have the merchandise picked up.
Damaged during transit:
Upon receiving your purchase, please carefully inspect the merchandise. If the merchandise was damaged during transit, please photograph and keep all contents, including packaging for insurance claim purposes. Please contact us within 7 days of package arrival for further instructions.
Lost in transit:
In the unlikely event of a lost package, please contact us and the shipping courier with the tracking number. (We will provide the tracking number at your request.)
