Returns
Square Cat Habitat wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any of your Square Cat Habitat product that is unused and in new condition within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling fees). Returns need to be well-packed and insured for the full price of the item. A 15% restocking fee may apply to all returns. We cannot accept collect deliveries. Warranty
Your Square Cat Habitat product is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of purchase to be free from manufacturing or construction defects, and you may return any of your Square Cat Habitat product that has a manufacturing or construction defect within 90 days from the date of purchase for a replacement. Damaged Shipment
We must be notified (email us) within 3 days of receiving shipment in order to file a claim with the shipper and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
