All work available on this site is made by hand. Certain times of the year, i.e. holiday season, are busier than others. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be shipped.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All items shipped UPS and USPS Ground depending on location and cost. If you are wanting your order shipped another way please contact us with that request and we can give you a quote.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We will be glad to arrange international shipping. Please contact us with your shipping address and the desired items and we will get you a quote.
**DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE ORDER, AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER THAT IS PLACED WITHOUT CONTACTING THE SELLER BEFOREHAND MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHAGES. THE BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES.
RETURNS
All sales are final after 3 weeks from ship date. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us right away to arrange a refund/exchange.
***PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the material, the wood used in the Pack Racks is subject to different grain patterns and coloring. The LONG LEAF YELLOW PINE and BARNYARD EDITION use reclaimed wood. This wood is subject to “flaws” such as nail holes and/or knots. We work to present the most beautiful face of the wood as the front, and view most of these “flaws” as “character marks.”
