Shipping
Orders usually ship USPS First Class or Priority for Domestic orders and Expedite for international.
Shipping costs may vary for international orders but I will always make sure you get the best shipping for the money. If the shipping charges are less than the initial estimate, I will adjust your total and refund the difference.

Refunds and Exchanges
Please note, all items are handmade pieces, so there can be very slight variations in glaze or shape from piece to piece. These are not defects, but part of the natural beauty of handmade ceramic creations.
All items are final sale.
If an item is damaged in shipping, we will gladly provide a replacement.
