*PayPal is accepted , you don’t have to have an account with them in order to pay with your credit card ,

Payments must be done within 24 hours of check out, if you need more time, please let me know. If you really like something in my shop and it is One of a kind, and for some reason you can’t pay at the moment, contact me, we can work something out!!!!
Shipping

I ship Priority mail with the French Post within 7 days of payment confirmed through PayPal (unless it is a “ready to ship” I ship within 24-48 hours).

It usually takes from 7 to 14 days to the United States, Canada, Australia, Latin America,(and everywhere else where they love my work!) and from 5 to 7 to EU countries.

Note that priority mail DOES NOT include insurance, tracking number or registered mail, contact me if you need any of these since I highly recommend it, specially in orders higher than 50 dollars, remember your package is going overseas…

All items are packaged carefully with love in a gift box ready to be given, (to someone or to yourself!) if you’d like a card addressed to the recipient please let me know.

Please expect a ONE WEEK delay before shipping for custom orders (they may get to you sooner than this, but I must leave a bit of space for other custom orders I may have lined up).

NOTE that any customs fees or import duties (although rare) are the responsibility of the importer.

I take every effort to make sure your package arrives safe and sound. However, I cannot be held responsible for items lost during mailing. If you would like insurance on your items, please convo me for pricing before paying(I know I’ve said it already!).
Refunds and Exchanges

Please let me know if you are unsatisfied. Simple repairs or little alterations can be made at no cost (except shipping fees).If for any reason you are still unhappy with your handmade jewelry, I will accept a return within 7 days of your receipt of the item. Refunds are made on the satisfactory return of the item, minus shipping fees; items must be returned in their original packaging.
Earring returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee to replace earwires since they cannot be resold or reused.

B R A S S
Care: Brass will tarnish over time, polish periodically with a sterling silver polishing cloth. Also, a light brushing with a very fine grit sandpaper will bring the teardrop back to its original golden color.
