Everything you see in my shop is handmade by yours truly, Carrie Bilbo, the artist and designer in my little studio in the Brooklyn Navy Yard!

I want you, the customer, to be happy and love your purchase. So if there are any problems or requests please contact me as soon as possible and we can work together to make sure you are completely satisfied.

-Each piece is hand made to order, so please allow at least 2 weeks for completion (unless otherwise noted). Once your order is finished it will be shipped out immediately and you will receive within 5 days.
-I will ship anywhere in the world!
-Items shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless I am contacted and requested otherwise.
-Returns may be made for a store credit or exchange. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your jewelry.
-Items must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped to you.
-I can not be responsible for “return” shipping costs.
-items can be changed, sized, repaired, and tweaked for you if possible, but with a small fee which can be discussed.
