Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship everywhere! Shipping is via Australia Post and takes between 5-14 days for international air mail. I send a confirmation email when the mobile is posted.If you would like registered post please email and we will organise a quote. We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

What is your returns policy?
Please contact me first if there are any problems as I deal with returns/refunds on a case by case basis, and I try to make the customer happy! Contact me within 7 days of purchase by email or phone. Unsolicited returns will not be processed. Any returns would need to retain all packaging and be in perfect order, appropriate shipping would need to be organised and paid for by the customer. Any refund would exclude shipping and merchant fees. If a mobile is damaged as a result of postal transport please notify within 24hrs of your receipt of mobile.

What about custom mobiles?
