Happiness Policy
We believe in our product and value the happiness of our fans and customers. Please email us if you are not happy with Grove. We are reasonable people and will try our best to work something out. If you are not completely happy with your new grove product please send it back to us within 15 days for a full refund. Even if you break your product due to your own negligence, we still want you to email us and we will try our best to take care of you just for being loyal to Grove. =)

Returns

Conditions:
We guarantee our product for a six month period. Please be aware that the bamboo being a natural material and finished with natural oil/wax will distress/change over time. You can expect your case to wear similar to fine hand rubbed furniture. We do not cover damage from abuse, exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, and severe impacts (such as dropping your phone). The case MAY NOT SURVIVE A SEVERE IMPACT FROM DROPPING THE PHONE. The case is designed to protect your phone from normal wear and tear.

Custom:
We cannot refund custom orders unless due to manufacturer’s defect.

Color:
Due to variations in monitor/screen settings we cannot guarantee a color match. Bamboo is a natural material which exhibits random variations which may differ from images. Color discrepancy does not warrant a valid return.

As your product is custom made to order it will take 10-15 days to ship from time of purchase. iPhone4 please consult product page for updated turnaround times
