-Shipping-

The current timeframe to make and ship your jewelry is 10 business days. If for some reason it may take a bit longer than normal, I’ll be sure to email you and let you know.

If you choose to ship your order with USPS First Class Mail ($3), it will normally arrive within five business days of shipment. I have worked with the post office for years and have had remarkably good results, but there have been times when packages take an unusually long time to arrive. I ask that all orders shipped via USPS First Class are given 10 business days to arrive. If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days after you receive an email from me stating that I shipped your order, please email me at info@favorjewelry.com.

International First Class Mail ($3) can take 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on location, customs, and your country’s postal service. If you have not received your order within 21 business days of the shipping confirmation email, please let me know at info@favorjewelry.com. All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

-Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs-
You should love your jewelry. Returns are gladly accepted on non-custom merchandise in its original, unworn condition within 7 days of receipt for return or exchange. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and Favor Jewelry is not responsible for return shipping fees. Any item damaged on arrival will be repaired or replaced at no cost. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.

It’s not often that repairs are needed, but when they are, we will do so for a minimal charge.
