We accept online credit card, debit card and Paypal payments. We use Paypal to process our payments but you don’t need a Paypal account. Look for the Don’t have a Paypal account? link on the payment page.
If you’d like to use another method of payment than those listed above, contact us and we’ll sort something out.
PROOFS & PRINTING
For custom prints we’ll always email a proof upon cleared payment.
To keep costs down we print and post all our custom prints on Mondays. If you need your print in a hurry, contact us before ordering and we’ll see what we can do.
We ship everywhere for a flat rate – the first item is £3.00 and each additional item is 50p.
All prints are wrapped in tissue and sent via first class Royal Mail in a sturdy cardboard mailing tube. If you would like insurance, recorded delivery or any other method then please contact us before purchase.
The buyer is responsible for any customs fees or taxes.
We have supreme confidence in the Royal Mail but we know sometimes there are mistakes. If for some reason your order did not make it, or had a rough time getting to you, let us know within a week and we’ll make it right.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
As most of our items are made to order we don’t give refunds or exchanges. We take great care to portray the items in our shop as accurately as possible using photography and descriptions to avoid any possible disappointment or misunderstanding.
