There are no refunds on any custom order (ie. monogram or other special request)

Any order cancelled before an item has shipped will be refunded in full within 7-10 business days.

Any item that has shipped and been recieved by a customer will require a return authorization from Maxx & Unicorn LLC and will be subject to inspection before any refund is issued. Shipping will be deducucted from total prior to issuing a refund and return shipping will be at the expense of the customer.
