Most pieces are pieces are made to order and require 5-7 business days for production, however, a revolving arsenal of some items are kept in stock. An email will be sent within 24 hours from time of purchase to let the customer know if their item is in stock or not. Lillian Crowe accepts Paypal payments only. Items, if in stock, will be mailed 1-3 days after payment has cleared.

All sales are final. In the event that a piece is damaged during shipping, please email us within 3 days of receiving it and we can work out a replacement transaction.
