RETURN POLICY
Above all, we want our customers to be happy with our products. If the product is defective or does not meet with your satisfaction, returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. A fair and customary $25.00 shipping / restocking charge will be deducted from your refund per unit returned. There will not be a restocking fee only if we determine the return was due to a manufacturer defect.
All returns must be packed in original packaging, including the protective outer brown cardboard box your product arrived in.
All returns must include all original parts (with the exception of clear mounting squares which may be used when testing the Picturewall.)
All returns must be in original re-saleable condition.
All returns must be accompanied by an original Packing List or Invoice.
The Picturewall Company, Inc. reserves the right to further deduct from customer refund for any of the above conditions not met.
TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
All returns and exchanges will be processed through Customer Service at returns@thepicturewallcompany.com. Please include 4-digit order number and reason for return or exchange. You will be contacted within 24 hours to process the return or exchange.
