When will it ship?
Most of my things have a short wait before they are ready to shop. Read your product descriptions for wait times and let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!
All cases and sleeves are sized for the latest generation of your gadget or laptop unless otherwise noted. To find out if you have the latest generation, contact the manufacturer or contact me for information on where to go to find out.
This store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover, all through PayPal.
This store uses PayPal for all payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
All items are sent via the US Postal Service Priority Mail. You will be emailed when your order shipped and provided a Delivery Confirmation number.
ITEMS UNDER $40: Ship via USPS Flat Rate Priority International Mail. This has proven to be a reliable, low cost way to ship internationally but it does not offer tracking. Packages typically arrive in approximately 8-12 days. You will be notified via email when your order ships.
ITEMS OVER $40: Ship via USPS Priority International Mail. This includes Delivery Confirmation to major destinations and package typically arrive in approximately 8-12 days. You will be notified via email when your order ships and provided a Delivery Confirmation.
International customers are responsible for all import duty and customs fees. Packages are marked in accordance with postal guidelines. Please allow 3-4 week for you package to be delivered due to the holiday. Feel free to request a shipping upgrade on any order and we can discuss costs and shipping times.
byrd & belle is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address.
If you’re item is a gift or requires special attention during shipping, please leave a note along with your purchase.
Refunds & Exchanges:
In the event an item is unwanted or unloved, I’ll gladly issue a refund for the purchase price if a refund is requested within one week of receipt of order. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and money will only be refunded when it is returned in new condition.
In the event that a case or sleeve does not work because you have a laptop or gadget that it was not made for, you can exchange it for the correct size but the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges and the original item must be returned to my studio in new condition before a replacement can be started. The replacement may be delayed depending on the length of my wait times for other items in my shop at the time of the return.
In the event an item is returned unwanted and unloved, the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and money will only be refunded when it is returned in new condition by the buyer.
If you had an item custom-made, a refund is only possible if there is a problem with sizing or construction.
