Attention International Customers:
We are not responsible for custom duties or import taxes, tariffs, fees or delays caused by customs. Please be aware that you may be required to pay these additional charges when the package reaches your country. Please do not ask us to mark your item as a gift or change the declared pricing on the customs form. We are a company that frequently ships international orders and we cannot put false information on customs documentation.
We expect your payment as immediate as possible.
We ship to the address on your etsy receipt – not the paypal adress (if it is not the same for any reason).
Please make sure that this is the correct address. If you want your parcel to be delivered to any other address please let us know.
All items are shipped after payment and being finished via registered mail.
We only send via registered mail, we know this is more expensive but it is also safer.
Please contact us if you were expecting receipt of your order and the order is past due. We will provide you with the tracking number of your item as proof of shipment. It is also possible to search for the parcel via this number.
Please notice that items shipped overseas can take some time.
If you want to track your order, we always mark it as „shipped“ once we‘ve taken it to the post office.
Exchanges and Refunds:
If you are unhappy with your item please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your item.
All purchases (except for custom made items) are exchangeable for in store credit or exchange to another size or item. Items must be unworn and must have the original invoice included with the exchange.
We will provide a store credit or exchange for any unused items in original condition. Credits or replacement items will not be sent until we receive the item to be returned.
Custom orders are final sale as they are one-of-a-kind custom made for your measurements.
We need to be notified of exchanges or returns before you send an item back. Please return your item within 7 days after arrival.
All shipping costs are final, please note that the buyer pays for all shipping for returns or exchanges.
Your satisfaction is important to us but please understand that we are a small company and cannot offer money refunds.
We can not give refunds for mail flaws.
