To prevent delay of your order, please ensure that the address on your PayPal account and your Etsy account are the same. Doing so will ensure proper and timely shipping to the address notated.
Payment
All Georgia residents will be charged 8% sales tax. If you are a resident in this state, you will receive a revised invoice.
We accept payments of PayPal, VISA, MC, American Express and Discover. Select PayPal for easiest transaction completion.
All payments must be made on product within 2-3 days of the time of purchase. If your purchase was made in error, please contact us immediately.
Shipping
All items ship within 5-7 days of reciept of paypal, check or e-check. E-check may take longer to clear, and you will be notified once payment has been received.
If your product must be custom-made (as most are), you will be notified via email of any extension or delay in shipping of your order. Only U.S. residents will receive shipping confirmation.
All international deliveries may take 2 weeks to 1 month after receipt of payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns on products, in the same condition as received, may be returned within 7 days of receipt of product based on the date on the delivery confirmation. iram-inal reserves the right to refuse any and all refund based on condition of the product once returned. Item must be returned at the cost of the purchaser, and shipping costs will not be refunded if the product was paid for via PayPal or e-check.
If your item arrives damaged or in disrepair, iram-inal will GLADLY repair it for you free of charge. E-mail us for more details.

iram-inal has a 100% lifetime warranty on all of our products, and will happily repair any product that requires or modification or breaks due to normal wear-and-tear. If your product requires repair, all shipping charges will be billed to the customer. A PayPal invoice will be sent to you, via the email address provided at the time of purchase.
All custom orders require a 50% deposit.
