All of my pieces are hand crafted carefully and with lots of love. Because of that and because of the nature of porcelain, each piece comes out of the kiln a bit different, sometimes with traces of my “fingerprints” (both literally and not…). Please be aware of that.

If you want a spinner in a specific color that is not in stock, please send me a message and I’ll make it for you.

Payment:
I accept credit cards on PayPal. The products are usually shipped out within 4-5 business days of payment approval.

Shipping:
I ship UPS ground within the US and Canada, so you will get your package within 1-5 business days from purchase, depending on your location. Pieces made to order are shipped within 3-4 weeks.
If you wish to use a different service (different priority or provider) please indicate that with your order. In general, if you have any questions about the shipping costs, talk to me.
I can ship internationally, but the shipping cost will depend on the destination. Please indicate your location in your message.

Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. If the item was damaged during shipping, you can send it back and get a new one. You can contact me about a damaged piece within 14 days after the purchase. Please also make sure that you know what the measurements of each piece are before purchasing it.
