Payment

I accept payment through PayPal. PayPal is an easy-to-use online payment system that accepts all major credit cards and allows payment via e-check (through your checking account) as well. If you select to pay through e-check your order will be processed after the e-check payment has been cleared in PayPal. Orders are not shipped until payment is completed.

Shipping

Photographs are protected by cellophane sleeves and shipped in flat bend proof photo mailers. All photographs are printed by a local professional lab. Please allow up to ten business days for your order to ship to allow time for your photos to be ordered, inspected, and signed by me prior to shipping.

I ship orders within the United States via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. A 9.5% sales tax is added to orders sold in Washington.

International customers – Photographs are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. incurred at the time of delivery are determined by your country’s tax regulations. All fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you have questions regarding possible fees please contact your customs agency prior to ordering.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales of photographs are final. However, if there is a problem with your item (e.g. damage during transit) please contact me immediately upon receipt. Customer service and your happiness is very important to me!

Please note that print colors may appear different from onscreen colors due to differences in computer monitor settings.
