All items are shipped promptly by USPS within three days after payment is received. Please allow for up to ten business days for delivery.

Due to the handmade nature of all our products, there may be slight variations. If you are unhappy with your product, please notify us within three days of receiving the product to discuss a resolution.

CARE

Jewelry:

Each necklace comes in a tin box which holds the necklace in place. We strongly recommend that you store your necklace in the tin box. Be mindful of the wires when you close the lid.

The magnetic clasp is small but very strong. Instead of pulling them apart, it is recommend that you hold on the clasp on each side with your fingers and bend them apart.

Although water will not damage felt or stainless steel wires, items should not get wet.

Home Accessories:

Spot clean with water and pat dry or dry clean.
