• we make everything by hand here in our portland studio.

*made by hand also means custom made to order, so it will take about a week for us to make and ship your new favorite necklace. thanks for being patient. we hope it’s worth the wait.

*all orders are shipped via usps priority mail with delivery confirmation. you’ll get a shipment notification email as soon as it goes out.

*returns/exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.

• please let us know if you need a longer chain/something a bit different.

• we’re also happy to make pretty much anything you see here in sterling silver. get in touch if you’re interested.

• we like what we make and we want you to like it too. if you have any issues, just get in touch and we’ll get you taken care of. we’re pretty nice like that.
