Payment
PayPal only. Payment is due after purchase of item(s).
All major credit cards may be used on PayPal.

Shipping
Sold items will be shipped after payment clears.
Please ensure that your mailing address on etsy is up to date. This is the address that I will ship to. Orders are shipped in bubble padded envelopes via Canada Post first class mail. Shipments will be made within the week of receiving the order and payment.

Insurance
The shipping rates listed for each item do not include tracking or insurance. If you would like either on your order please contact me and I will give you a quote for this shipping rate. I am not responsible for lost items unless insurance is bought.

International Buyers / Buyers Outside Canada
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees and respective country/state taxes.

Shipping Refunds
Refunds on shipping fees will be made should the cost of shipping and handling be less than the fee outlined in the shop.

Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me directly within 30 days of your date of purchase to discuss any issues with orders made through my shop. Depending on circumstances exchanges and refunds may be made.
