Shipping
Jewelry is packaged in an attractive branded box with cord ready to gift yourself or a loved one.
Orders ship within 1-3 days of receiving payment unless per chance I am out of town and away from my studio. (Any time away will be posted in my shop bulletin.) You will receive an email confirmation from me or Paypal/the postal system once your order has shipped.
U.S. orders . . .
Ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Insurance is available for U.S. orders and recommended for purchases above $50. Please note I can not be held responsible for lost items. A tracking number is provided for all U.S. orders. Once shipped, items sent via Priority Mail arrive in approximately 2-3 weekdays… items sent via First-Class Mail arrive in approximately 3-5 weekdays. Please note the USPS does not guarantee delivery in these time frames for either Priority Mail or First-Class but only on a rare occasion have I found it to take longer.
Canadian orders . . .
Ship via First Class International. Unfortunately, tracking information is not available for this shipping method. Via First Class International most packages arrive to their Canadian destinations within 6-10 days.

Please be aware of any customs fees or duties your country may impose as I can not be held responsible for these fees.

Return policy
If there are any problems, please contact me so we can work out a solution. I accept returns within 14 days of receipt, under most circumstances. Full refund, minus shipping. Items MUST be in their original condition, i.e. not worn, etc.

Sales Tax
For Texas residents I am required to collect 8.25% sales tax on both goods and shipping. This should be calculated automatically at checkout.
